Geez. That is very old. The PPLUGIN_STATIC_LOAD API changed between 2.6.0 and 2.8.0. Perhaps the PTLIB_VER > 260 switch needs to be adjusted to PTLIB_VER >= 270 . Change the PPLUGIN_STATIC_LOAD to PWLIB_STATIC_LOAD_PLUGIN to see if that resolves the issue and let me know and I will correct the h323plus code.
