Opening video call to unregistered endpoint from a registered endpoint

Hello there,

I want to call an external participant to a video call from a cisco EX90 via a gatekeeper.

Here is my setup

A -> GK -> Internet -> B

A is registered on GK
B is the endpoint [email protected] and is not registered in the GK

When I dial „[email protected]“ I get
