New release of the web interface available

Hi,

a new release of the web interface for GnuGk is now available.
http://www.gnugk.org/h323gui.html

The main new feature is web access to previous status port events. Now
you can which endpoints tried to register or call etc. This helps a lot
with trouble shooting in day-to-day operations.

To use this feature, you need GnuGk 3.9 or later, because it relies on
the status port event backlog.
