Hi Vincent,

just checking if the H323ID and R.164 combination exists is a rather
weak authentication scheme. But if thats what you want to do, you can do
that for example with SQLAuth.

Other dynamic authentication policies like LuaAuth, RadAuth etc. would
work as well.
