Hi Josh,

removing the bandwidth settings really shouldn't make your calls fail.

I didn't see an issue in the attached trace, but when you try to debug
failing calls, you should switch to trace level 5 to see the full
messages and the trace should last until you see a releaseComplete
from the endpoints.
