GnuGk web interface and PHP 7

Hi,

the final release of PHP 7 just came out (http://php.net/).
The new version runs much faster and user less server resources.

I tested the GNU Gatekeeper web interface with PHP 7
(http://www.gnugk.org/h323gui.html) and it runs fine, so you can
update your web servers whenever your server OS starts to support PHP 7.

It seems a bit faster, but I don't see a huge speed improvement. But
then again  the web interfaces didn't use a lot of resources with PHP 5
to begin with.
