New version of GnuGk Access Control Web Application available

Hi, I just released an updated version of the Access Control Web Application. You can now define your own domain for Annex O dialing (similar to DefaultDomain= in the GnuGk config) and the IPs of unregistered calls are now checked better. The app now requires GnuGk 3.9 or higher now.
