Some IP subnet ignorance on call

Hello everyone!

And the other question.
Is there any way to ignore a call?
For example:
client dials 1.2.3.4 and this call should be proxied as usually;
client dials 172.16.0.14 and this call should be ignored so client's 
device would connect to 172.16.0.14 directly even if GnuGk doesn't have 
an IP route to it.

Any ideas?
