Interop issue with Polycom RealPresence using RTP multiplexing

Hi,

I got reports that Polycom RealPresence 3.8 has a one-way media issue
when GnuGk is configured to use RTP multiplexing.

It seems between version 3.7 and 3.8 Polycom broke RTP multiplexing for
the video stream. The audio stream seems OK. So either stay with
RealPresence 3.7 or disable RTP multiplexing in your GnuGk config to
avoid the issue.
