voicemails and recordings have words repeated

Hi all
i have run into a problem and cant seem to find the solution

calls that are recorded and lots of voicemails recorded you can her some of
the words repeated as if the person has said it twice
it happens by different callers
using pjsip on 18.9.0

any ideas?
