For dialing all contacts you have to use the PJSIP_DIAL_CONTACTS dialplan
function[1] which returns a string you pass to Dial(). For example:

Dial(${PJSIP_DIAL_CONTACTS(alice)})

To dial all registered contacts for "alice".
