jurabib v0.6 released

Hi jurabib users,

I've uploaded the final jurabib 0.6 release.

For changes please carefully read the changes.txt.

The Documentation is updated, but still in progess, so please tell me, 
what you're missing. I removed the online .html documentation, only 
.tex, .dvi, .ps and .pdf are available now.

The most important change is the altered order of optional arguments!
There are some new languages, new options and a lot of bugfixes (I hope 
I've not introduced too much new bugs :-).
