[[email protected]: [jurabib] jox broken for Classical names]

I reported this on the users list, but perhaps I should have reported it
here.

The only thing to add is that on some systems tested (but not all) the
temporary fix causes some spurious text about an AnnoteFile to be
inserted into the bibliographic list at the end.

   The jox bibliography style appears to have a bug which showed up as a
   friend was typesetting her thesis.

   Names that should not be rearranged as Lastname, Firstname produce the
   error:

   ! Argument of \jb@lbibitem has an extra }.

   This error can be solved using the jurabib bibliography style, but am I
   not correct in thinking that that has been deprecated in favour of jox?

   A minimal example follows.
