need to update documentation

hi,
it took me 3 hours to find out that the instructions on the jurabib website
are out of date:

on page:
http://www.jurabib.homelinux.org/jurabib/jb-opt-ref.html

you find:
option: titleformat
    value: comma

this should read:
    value: commasep

I guess there are other things which are incorrect too.

Two suggestions:
1- add a date on the files included in the 'documentation' page, so that we
know how old these files are.
2- see if you can take a quick look at the "Refcards" to spot out errors/
inconsistencies... The Refcards are very clear, but they can be dreadfully
misleading.
