Possible bug in 0.61 beta

Experimenting with changing the shortitlefont, I triggered a bug :

Look footnote 9 near the end. After the year, jurabib inserts the shortitle
which is empty. If the shortitlefont is '#1' it will insert a double quote.

I was able to get around the bug with :
