Bug in 0.52p with jox 0.1g

Hi Jens,

Again a problem with the connection of jurabib 0.52p and jox 0.1g. I 
guess it is quite recent because otherwise, I would have encountered it 
earlier on. The problem is twofold:

1. When there is no author and there are editors in book entries, the 
editors come after the title instead of before, and int he text, they 
are repeated before the title in their short form. In the bibliography, 
they only come after the title. When no author is given, Oxford style 
requires that they always go before the title.

2. When there is an author AND an editor, the editor disappears.

I hope you can find the time to fix these problems. I need not be done 
immediately. My dissertation is not yet finished, unfortunately ;-)
