New problem with 0.52p and jox 0.1i

Hi Jens,

Your last fix brought a new problem to the fore. A redundant comma now 
appears after the title. An entry with an editor field and an author 
(hence the editor moves behind the title) is the only correct case. 
Otherwise, either a comma appears before the left bracket of apy 
information, or a double comma appears after the title and before 
titleaddon, translator or series information. Probably due to the recent 
changes for authors and editors.
New test samples included.
