Bibformat=ibidem and authorformat=indexed problems with 0.52p and jox 0.1j

Hi Jens, Again, a series of bugs with the combination of 0.52p and 0.1j. All the info is in the test set. I'm still working on the final bug. Strange '@' signs appear in my index of my dissertation, but as soon as I take the entries out of the dissertation into the test suite, the problems disappear. Enfin, I'll look into it.
