New bugs in Jurabib 0.52p

Hi Jens,

Unfortunately, two new bugs in Jurabib, this time probably unrelated to jox:

1. If either ArabTeX or TeX4ht is used, all ibidems appear in lowercase.
2. If both Jurabib, tabularx, and hyperref are loaded, LaTeX crashes.

Details are in the test set. Sorry to bother you with this. I could 
avoid using ArabTeX, but the TeX4ht problem has been seen by others 
(James McNaughton) already too, because it appears with any conversion 
to html or openoffice. Both go back to the same problem, namely the 
probably all too fragile upper/lowercase algoritm, which is triggered by 
TeX4ht and ArabTeX because these packages do some strnage things with 
the footnote routines in LaTeX.

Nota bene: If you are going to try this with ArabTeX yourself, make sure 
that you have 3.10j, the latest patch level. The error was introduced 
somewhere between 3.10 and 3.10j, and hence, the tricky code will live 
somewhere in the file apatch.sty.
