Seems  idem=strict and citefull=first do not play together nice.
If you have consecutive cites the later ones get references to the 
first one which is somewhat confusing, because the readerr now has to 
decide if he has to look for the last citation (Ders.) or for footnote 
number 2 - in both cases he ends up at the same Information but 
offering two paths to that is confusing and wasted space which 
lawjournals consider extremly bad
