multiple authors with same surname bug

Hi again,

when two different authors with the same surname are cited once each, 
jurabib distinguishes while using authorformat=year. But if there is 
another publication of one of the two, then the distinction is made only 
for the author with two publications. This behaviour leads to ambiguous 
citations.
What is more confusing: when I do not use authorformat=year, jurabib does 
not set the shorttitles even when only one publication of each author is 
cited. 
I made two small example documents to illustrate the problem.

BTW, I reported this behaviour already some months ago (in jurabib-user), 
and Jens said it's a bug in the .bst file. I ran the examples below with 
jurabib 0.6 beta9, so it's still not solved, I suggest?
