series position

Hi,

again I want to ask if it is possible to implement an option for the 
position of the series. German Historians put them before the address, or 
to be more precise (citing from the jurabib-user-group):

I would very much appreciate if someone could put the necessary code into 
the .bst files, because it is annoying to edit the jurabib.bst (and save it 
as myjurabib.bst) everytime I update jurabib -- being aware that this is 
just a "dirty hack".
