Behaviour of \ibidemname and \ibidemmidname with Endnotes

Hallo,

\ibidemname is for (german) "Ebd." on beginning of the line, 
\ibidemmidname for "ebd." if it occurs in the middle. I hope thats 
right, because it works this way with footnotes. But if I take the 
endnotes package, all "ebd." will be written in lowercase, also with the 
\ibidemmidname macro.

How can I change this behaviour? Thanks, Matthias
