Change in 0.6

Hello

In the version previous to 0.6 it was possible to do the following:

/footcite[][See]{ref1,ref2,ref3}

In 0.6, it is possible to do it with these settings, for example:

\usepackage[see,human,oxford,jurabiborder,commabeforerest]{jurabib}

However, if I add the following package option:

pages=format

the build falls over. This appears to be true for many different values
of ref1..3.

Am I doing something wrong such that it should work in 0.6? Or was it
always something wrong but versions before 0.6 were more forgiving? Is
there a preferred way of achieving the result I want, viz. See Ref1;
Ref2; Ref3, without /footnote{\cite{ref1}; \cite{ref2} ...}

Thank you for any help someone can provide.

David Levy
