Use htlatex/tex4ht to convert it to HTML and open the file in Word.
That should produce acceptable results.

tex4ht can be easily installed using iInstaller.
At least it worked for me and a document containing a jurabib
bibliography (just footnotes turn out to be compicated, you might want
to change them to endnotes).
