Hello,

YES - you can use jurabib and lyx with the citaion
style you want.

In LyX go to "Layout"->"Document"->"Preamble" and
insert the following lines:


% JURABIB
\usepackage{jurabib}
\jurabibsetup{%
  authorformat=number,%
}

\jurabibsetup{%
 round,%
 authorformat=year,%
  commabeforerest,%
  pages=format%
}

\let\cite=\citep %LyxCite for LYX 

In german you may want to add:
\AddTo\bibsgerman{%
 \def\jbpagename{Seite}%
\def\jbpagesname{Seiten}%
}
