Re: incollection question off-topic?

Very general answer : in this sort of case you may want to look at the  
.bbl file to identify what should be modified, and add the appropriate  
\renewcommand in your .cfg file. Not everything is mentioned in the  
documentation---I think because jurabib has been evolving so quickly in  
the past few years.

Regarding the order question, I believe it's more difficult since you'd  
probably have to dig into the bst file, ie modify a local copy of  
jurabib.bst. Not extremely difficult but sometimes tricky; main  
inconvenient being when jurabib is upgraded and you get to upgrade you  
own .bst file.
