Hello,
i'm quite helpless how to cite an "official document" like a greenpaper
of the european union
I need a bibliography like:
<b>COM(95) 382 final.,</b> Greenpaper, Copyright and Related Rights
in the Information Society, July 1995
and footnotes like:
<sup>23</sup> COM(95) 382 final.
