Smallcaps in Bibliography

Hi,

as ABSOLUTE  beginner of jurabib, I tried to find a solution of my 
problem searching the newsgroup, but without success. There is 
following in my preamble:

\usepackage[
     titleformat=italic,%
     titleformat=commasep,%
     authorformat=smallcaps,%
     commabeforerest,%
     ibidem=name,%
     citefull=first,%
     lookat,%
%     oxford,%
     pages=format,%
     idem%
]{jurabib}
\renewcommand{\jbauthorfnfont}{\textup}

This causes the name of the authors to be written with smallcaps in the 
\footcite, but not in the bibliography. Can I get this somehow to work? 
Together with the oxford-variable?
