Don't know with TeXShop, but the thing is that you need to  bibtex each 
of the files that are indicated at the end of the first latex run, each 
of which will produce a separate bibliography (jbtestbt1, jbtestbt2 and 
so on).
I'm using OzTex and that basically means you need to call Terminal and 
directly bibtex each file.
