position of year in bibliography

Hi everybody!

I'm looking for a way to get the entry in the bibliography with the
year following the name of the author in parenthesis, like this:

Schreyögg,
G. (1999): Organisation: Grundlagen moderner Organisationsgestaltung,
Wiesbaden.

instead of:

Timmermann, Heinz: Kaliningrad: eine Pilotregion für die Gestaltung der
Partnerschaft EU-Russland? SWP Studie, 2001
[URL: http://www.swp-berlin.org/common/get_document.php?id=295 ] -
Zugriff am 06.02.04

Any help is greatly appreciated.
