a couple of things (inconsistencies? misconfiguration?)

Hi list,
apart from the other -- as of yet unresolved -- issue (citefull=chapter not
beind reset when I use KOMA-scripts \addchap), there are a few more things I'd
like to accomplish with jurabib. Since I'm supposed to deliver my finished
document on monday, I'm slowly beginning to feel I should better soon ask
those things publicly, for I may not be able to cope with it by myself. This
holds all the more after I've just read through both btxhak.dvi and
jurabib.bst -- and didn't understand a thing.

1. Is there a way I can suppress the comma that is inserted before the note
field gets appended (when the endnote-option is enabled)?

2. Can I have the authors cited ll, ff vv, jj but (e.g. when referencing an
incollection) have the editors cited ff vv ll, jj? After all, those names are
never important for any sorting. Unless that book gets its own entry, I admit.

3. Is it normal (resp. can I change this), that when a book and two
incollections out of it are in the list, the incollection entries come first
and then the book as a whole?

4. When I'm using \def\bibidemSmname{---} (in order to avoid some incorrect
handlings of the gender field), and the author/editor comes twice, but in the
second instance together with other editors, I get: ---, / Bush, George /
Kerry, John (ed.) . . . It's the comma right after the dash that's bugging me.

5. Finally, I'm getting irregular results with this: When I'm citing an
incollection that is part of a book by the same author (no editor), the author
is just skipped when the ", in:" part references the book. No matter of
whether I am using crossref's or write it all in the incollection details.

Now let's see if I can get this all into a sample document -- which remains
small and simple...

Sorry for stashing this all into this single mail, but I hope to have as much
as possible reviewed by this list before monday ;)

And thanks a lot for bearing with me,
Andreas

1.
This should be something like [\ldots], M{\"u}nster 2005 (in Vorber.) --
without the comma, that is.\footcite{Demirovic05}

2.
Why can't I have Dirk Auer, Lars Rensmann and Julia Schulze Wessels without
their names shifted round -- in the bibliography list?\footcite{Demirovic02a}

3.
Now here are a lot\footcite{Balibar03a} of interesting
things\footcite{Balibar03b} in one book. Why doesn't the book come before its
parts in the bibliography? (And why is the author repeated, unlike in 5.
below?)

4.
Here\footcite{Angermueller03} an author, and
here\footcite{AngermuellerBunzmannNonhoff01} is the same author appearing as
editor, causing dashes that are appended by a comma to appear in the bibliography.
-- OMG! No. I've managed to reproduce the lookforgender error. If you can help
me with this, I'll no longer need to use "---" anyway. (But if later I manage
to reproduce the "---," thing, I'll reply to myself. Sorry. (Also note that it
attaches a ":" to the "Dieselben", although there are other editors still
following...

5.
Finally, here\footcite{Deleuze93a} is a text the author of which should be
repeated as being the author of the book that the text has appeared in.
