Asking on a friday for solutions for a work to be handed in on monday is 
tempting, I think. Give the readers of the mailing list a few days more to 
help you in future!

I cannot really help you with all your questions, but I can answer a few.

As far as I can see, you have to decide what you want. Either you use 
[authorformat=allreversed] and live with the effect that also your 
bibliography gets a different output (firstname surname) or you hack your 
bib-file by setting in those occasions brackets around the editors {ff vv 
ll, jj}.

But actually I think it is more consistent if you keep it like you have in 
your example, since there is no real reason to change the order in those cases.

This is dependant on the title you use. If you have a booktitle that starts 
with a Z it will not come before an articletitle that starts wirth an A.

I cannot reproduce your problems. But you could try \jbuseidemhrule, which 
gives you a dash in those cases where you have the same author in the 
bibliography.

But it has still a problem, as far as I can see. If you have an editor with 
two books but each book has different co-editors, you will not get the dash.

Ex. Müller, J. / Meier, S. (ed.) ...
      Müller, J. / Schmidt, T. (ed.) ...

Question to the others: Can that be changed?
