Journal title and editors

Dear all,
I normally recommend jurabib to my students. Unfortunately, for the thesis of
a student of mine the other referee is very nervous about citations style and
not satisfied with jurabib output. I wrote a very complex configuration file
and it's almost all right, except the foolowing issues. I am sorry I could
not locate them in the manual -- if they are there, please excuse me!
The issue is -- alas! -- quite urgent, since the chap (= the colleague) made
his observations today and the thesis is due by Monday (...)
(1) Is it possible to redefine a journal title (both in citations and
bibliography) in this style: ``Journal of History'' 32, 1999, 9-12. The
crucial point is the title in normal font but balanced by ``..''.
(2) Is it possible to have editors name *after* the title and not before?
(3) \renewcommand{\bibbdsep}{[definition]} works for book titles. But for
journals? The chap wants 32, 1999. I tried \bibjdsep but it does not exist...
