Hello all,

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but I am really stumped. I've
looked through the list archives and I can't find info that solves my
problem. I hope that someone on this list can help me with this.

In the bibliography section of my document, I need to have the author
name and the title each followed by a period. So, what I would like
will look like this:

Copi, Irving M. Introduction to Logic. New York: Macmillan, 1972.

but instead it comes out like this:

Copi, Irving M., Introduction to Logic, New York: Macmillan, 1972.

I have tried setting \bibansep and \bibatsep, like so:

  \renewcommand*{\bibansep}{. }
  \renewcommand*{\bibatsep}{. }

I've also tried

  \renewcommand{\bibansep}{. }
  \renewcommand{\bibatsep}{. }

None of these seems to have any effect.

Among the many options set in jurabib.cfg, I have the following:

  human=true
  oxford=true % I've also tried "false"

I'm also using jox.

Similarly, \renewcommand{\bibbtsep}{ in } also seems to have no
effect.

Can someone please prescribe a solution, or at diagnose a cause? What
would cause jurabib to ignore these commands?

Many thanks in advance,

Dan
