A simple bibtex-run gives me no errors. Here its output: This is BibTeX, Version 0.99c (MiKTeX 2.4) The top-level auxiliary file: test5.aux The style file: jurabib.bst Database file #1: test5.bib A look at test5.bbl shows me an /bibitem so I have no idea why my footcites do not find a reference.
