Dear all,

First of all, thanks to those who helped and tested the file.

It seems that if there's an entry in the .bib file that is not used by
the .tex file(*), then the archive/subarchive categories it belongs to
are not printed in the bibliography.
Add
@ARCHIVAL{bn15644,
    archive =         {Bibliothèque nationale},
    shortarchive =    {B.N.},
    subarchive =      {Manuscrits français},
    shortsubarchive = {Ms.},
    sig1 =            {15644},
}
to the .bib file, and the "Bibliothèque nationale" category and the
"Manuscrits français" sub-category disappear from the printed
bibliography. Or so it seems. Could somebody confirm that ? If I'm not
mistaken here, it's a bug in the @archival routine. Well, alpha-stage
is alpha-stage :-)

More bothering (since I have no solution) is the sorting of entries,
since 18431 always comes before 5185. Guess some sort of alpha vs.
numerical sorting. Would there be a work-around ?

Cheers,
Hélène Fernandez.
(*) There lies the difference between Matthias'file and mine, I guess.
