edby=true broken?

Further to the series of posts below, I still can't get "edby=true" to
work.  I just get:

<author>, <title> in: <editors>, <booktitle> <(a:p,y)>, <pages>.

My understanding is that I should be getting:

<author>, <title> in: <booktitle>, \edbyname\ <editors> <(a:p,y)>,
<pages>.

Any suggestions?
