Hi folks,
I've set up jurabib (0.6) (with oxford option and jox.bst) for a history
PhD thesis. It's mostly working very well (thankyou!), but I have a couple
of small niggles which perhaps someone could help me with:
1) If I set pages=format, I get "p." added to page numbers supplied as
optional arguments (as expected), but, contrary to what is indicated in
the documentation, page numbers in the Pages field of the bibtex file do
not appear at all (with or without formatting). How do I get both to
appear (with "p." formatting)? (I don't need both at the same time, I just
need the Pages field contents to appear if there is no optional argument).
2) Related question: is it possible to get BOOK page numbers formatted
(e.g. "p.5") but ARTICLE page numbers without formatting ("23-29")?
3) I presume it's not possible to group a bibliography into different
sections (e.g. all BOOKs, then all ARTICLEs)? Is there a way of getting
the bibliography output as latex code so it can then be rearranged by
hand?
Here's my configuation:
\usepackage[
authorformat=abbrv,%
authorformat=reducedifibidem,%
citefull=chapter,%
commabeforerest,%
titleformat=all,%
ibidem=strict,% was strict
oxford,%
pages=always,% format would be nice but inhibits page numbers from
bibtex file
bibformat=ibidem,%
see=true,%
]{jurabib}
...
\cite[15]{mykey}
...
\bibliography{thesisbib}
\bibliographystyle{jox}
Thanks!
Seb
