Thats the problem: You need to bibtex the files 'Bibtopictest1' and 
'Bibtopictest2', not the main aux file 'Bibtopictest'!

Try the following on a command line:

latex Bibtopictest
bibtex Bibtopictest1
bibtex Bibtopictest2
latex Bibtopictest
latex Bibtopictest
