Page Number before year?

Hi, all. I've read through the documentation, and I cannot figure out
how to place the page numbers before the year, or anywhere other than
last in the citation. My wife is in law school in the US, and the
Bluebook citation bible wants their first citation of a case to look
something like:
\emph{Cohen v. McDonnell Douglas Corp.}, 450 N.E.2d 581, 589 (1983)
This is a full citation the first time. I can achieve everything
except getting the page numbers to come before the year. I'm using
jurabib 0.6. Please help!
