Author last name in Small Caps

I just want the last name in small caps. 
Not all the name in  small caps.

I already know how to that in the bibliography: 

\AddTo\bibsAll{
\renewcommand*{\biblnfont}{\textsc}
\renewcommand*{\bibfnfont}{}
} 



If I use authorformat=smallcaps  it changes all the name.

biblikecite=true  does nor work either

Am I missing something obvious?
