special citations

Hello,

somehow the first post didn't come through, so I try it again. I hope, that
it isn't double now.

I am on Theology Studies and for our papers (or Thesis?) we need special
styles. Most of the styling rules I have implemented by myself. The biggest
problems are the citations. (And the headings, but that is the minor
problem now)

I will give an examples, so you will see what I mean:

The example is a Lexicon which is edited by two peoples. So I need two
editors and no author. And the first printing of the book was in 1960. The
Edition I use in my paper was printed 2000.

Using Jurabib with following options:

\usepackage[%
     titleformat=italic,%
     titleformat=all,%
     titleformat=commasep,%
     commabeforerest,%
     ibidem=strict,%
     citefull=first,%

together with this bibtex entry:

produces this:

Maier, Rienecker Fritz/Gerhard (Hrsg.), \emph{Lexikon zur Bibel}, 2. Auflage
Wuppertal: R. Brockhaus Verlag, 2000, S.485.

but here I need it this way:

\emph{Lexikon zur Bibel}, Hg. Rienecker Fritz/Gerhard Maier, 1960, 2. akt.
Sonderausg. d. neu bearb. Aufl., Wuppertal: R. Brockhaus Verlag, 2000, S.
485.

So the editor has to after the Title and I need the two dates, the first
printing and the second printing. And the "Hg." (ed.) has to be before the
editors and just be "Hg."

And so it goes on. Many small things, but I have no Idea how to change it
that way, that it will work together. I really would like to use Latex with
Jurabib+bibtex for my papers, because making the footnotes and bibliography
by hand is ...

I read the manual and I now what I could change by my own. But there a still
many many small things, I have no clue how to change them.


(A second question concerning headings, if someone knows it, but i think
this is OT in this group:

I it possible to intend headings? I don't mean in the TOC but in the main
Text?

example:

1. Intro
  1.1 important
  1.2 important, too
     1.2.1 very very difficult
     1.2.2 and so on
