Problems citing incollections from a book

Hello all,

I have a strange problem when citing articles from an incollection. The
attached file produces three footnotes. I would expect to get something
like (please excuse the German examples):

1 KLAUS TENFELDE: Soziale Schichtung, Klassenbildung und Konfliktlagen
im Ruhrgebiet In WOLFGANG KÖLLMANN u.a. (Hg): Das Ruhrgebiet im
Industriezeitalter. Geschichte und Entwicklung, 2 Bde. DÃŒsseldorf 1990,
Bd. 2, 121--217
2 KÖLLMANN u.a. (Hg): Ruhrgebiet (Anm. 1)
3 WERNER PLUMPE: UnternehmerverÀnde und industrielle Interessenpolitik
seit 1870 In KÖLLMANN u.a. (Hg): Ruhrgebiet (Anm. 1), Bd. 1, 655--727

But in the second footnote, the "(Hg)" is not printed and the reference
is also not correctly set, so that I get "(Anm. ??)". In the third
footnote the "(Hg)" is again not printed and now there is no reference
at all.

Can anyone help?
