A user has asked me for the following footnote citation formats using
jurabib for the Humanities (therefore all \cites are \footcites):

Book:
Forename Surname, title, (Place year), page.

Article:
Forename Surname, 'title', Journal (year), page.

Incollection:
Forename Surname, 'article title', Editor (ed), Book title
(Place Year), page.

I have used to indicate where she wants italics. Page is no
problem, done in as the [optional] argument. But I can't see how to
get the article titles in quotes, or the Place year in parentheses
with no comma between.
