jurabib beta version & miktex

Hello,
I*m very interesed in using the "bibformat=shorttitle" option. It has been
included with version 0.61 (still beta). I'm using Miktex, and unfortunately
this beta is not available there.
So my question is if it is possible to use both miktex and a manually installed
jurabib at the sam time, or if I will face problems with that?

If you have a problem, please provide a complete minimal example document (with a small bibliography database), which runs out of he box without any superfluous packages loaded, otherwise we could not help.
