The time is the main problem. In the meanwhile jurabib became a
sourceforge project - without any code uploaded yet (dont know how to it
:-).
If you would contribute - you're welcome as a developer!

Based on the patch mentioned above, I have implemented a new option
`nopublisher', which can have three values:
`nopublisher=cite' (same as only `nopublisher' or `nopublisher=true'),
`nopublisher=bib'
`nopublisher=both'
It should work with all jurabib styles, but has to be tested more
extensively.

The best solution IMO is the development of a generic jurabib.mbs file
fo makebst.tex as mentioned in the plans for jurabib.
