ibidem and shorttitle

Hello,
using "ibidem=strict" option I have a little problem: If there is only
one work of one author on every new page jurabib only cites the name of
the author:
Example:
Meyer, Kurztitel
Schneider, Shorttitle
Ebd.
Meyer, Kurztitel 2
Ebd.
-- new page --
Schneider
Ebd.
I would like to change the "ibidem" option to get always the shorttitle
in the first cite of a new page, even if there is only one work cited in
the whole text.
Example:
Schneider, Shorttitle
Ebd.
-- new page --
Schneider, Shorttitle
Ebd.
Does anyone know a solution?
