Without the package "jurabib_MS" (I assume you wrote it yourself and
made some adaptions from the original jurabib?) I get the following
footnotes:

1 Im einzelnen hierzu: Elias, Norbert und Dunning, Eric: Sport und
Spannung im Prozeß der Zivilisation. Baden-Baden 2003 (Gesammelte
Schriften 7.), S. 237
2 Ebenda, S. 235.
3 Ebenda
