editor/shortauthor in upshape when cited with annotator

Hello out there,

sorry, if that has been discussed already. I googled for it in German as
well as in English but couldn't find any clue...

I've got an commented work named Palandt:

@COMMENTED{palandt,
editor = {Otto Palandt},
editortype = {Begr.},
title = {B{\"u}rgerliches Gesetzbuch mit Einf{\"u}hrungsgesetz --
Kommentar},
edition = 65,
year = 2006,
publisher = {CHB},
language = {german},
address = {CHB:addr},
shorttitle = {BGB},
ssedition = 1,
}

(CHB and CHB:addr are @string macros which I put in braces to make the
example work)

Is it possible to put the editor in upright shape when followed by an
annotator, ie when cited eg
	\cite[Heinrichs][\S 1 Rn. 1]{palandt}
so that I get
	Palandt-/Heinrichs/ § 1 Rn. 1?
(ie Palandt (editor) in upright shape, /Heinrichs/ in italic shape)

But when Palandt is cited without annotator
	\cite{palandt}
it should be put in italic shape
	/Palandt/ ...

Perhaps Palandt is a bad example (because Mr Palandt himself doesn't
comment in his book), but eg in Jauernig it would make sense to mark
that he himself commted the section.
